Fort Eagle

Fort Eagle was a western style stockade fort located on Beede's Flat built by staff in the 1970s will local slab lumber. Among other things, it was used for “western night.”

History

The fort was originally located at the top of Beecher and Skeggs Hill. It was relocated to Beede's Flat when the two lodges were built. Though long abandoned, remnants of the fort could be seen in 2000. By 2012 the remaining pieces have all fallen to the ground.
